 NAME:Bijar
 SKU: 115ST

This rug is of very high-class and are sometimes referred to as 'the iron carpet of Persia', due to their extreme length of life and durability. The rug is thick, very tight and is heavy with excellent wool quality. The Bijar (Bidjar) rug is hand-knotted with a double-knot and the pattern makes them very easy to place. Wool is a natural textile fiber and one of the most sought after materials for rug making. Wool rugs are highly durable and perfectly capable of resisting wear and tear from everyday use. Wool has a naturally dirt-repelling effect and is easy to keep clean.
