This Kolyai rug is hand-knotted by Kurdish tribes, in northwestern Persia. The Kurds are known as good carpet weavers. Hand-knotted 100% wool, traditional Persian village rug. This design features, an all-over pattern of geometric motifs on a dark field, framed by several borders and guards.
