Ziegler is the name of a design. The weaving of Zeigler rugs began in the Arak Provence, however, they are new made all over Persian region most new Zieglar designs are crafted in Afghanistan and labelled Chobi which translates in Farsi to wood, a reference to their colour created by the vegetable dye.

 The handspun Himalayan wool used is of high quality and the structure very durable. Ziegler rugs are possibly one of the most popular handmade rugs, due to their soft tones and softer patterns.
