NAME: Sirjan Persian Small Rug
SKU: 2507SAD97

This beautiful piece comes from Sirjan, a historic weaving town in southern Iran known for its skilled artisans. It combines Kilim and pile rug techniques, blending the flatwoven texture of a kilim with the soft feel of a wool pile. Hand-knotted from fine-quality wool, it features the traditional “khesti” design, with each section decorated in intricate geometric and floral motifs. The warm camel and terracotta shades, framed by a deep red border with stylised leaf patterns, create a look that feels both rich and balanced. Timeless and durable, this rug reflects the true artistry of Sirjan’s weaving tradition.
