NAME: Kilim Rug
 SKU: 19869

"Kilim" refers to a type of rug that is pileless, handwoven, and reversible. Unlike knotted rugs, Kilims are flat-woven, creating a lightweight design with a very low profile. This makes them ideal for placing under doors, furniture, and in high-traffic areas.

Traditionally woven by tribal communities, Kilims feature simple motifs that often carry symbolic meanings, including protection, good fortune, and cultural heritage. Crafted from hand-spun wool and coloured with natural dyes, they are highly durable, versatile, and designed to withstand everyday use.
