Saraband Rugs

Saraband rugs (or Seraband) are a hand knotted carpet from the Ser-e-Band district, located southwest of Arak, Iran.  These are tribal rugs, with geometric motifs, often stylized flora and fauna.  Designs usually include a border, and colours are strong.
